By accessing or using the Good Luck Ginie platform ("Platform"), operated by MYSTIC RAJAT SHARMA ("Company", "we", "us"), a Sole Proprietorship registered under the GST Act (GSTIN: Applied for, Dehradun, Uttarakhand), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or accessing it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Services

Good Luck Ginie provides astrology-based consultations, personalised reports, and curated Vedic remedies. All services are provided for informational and personal growth purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

5. Payments & Pricing

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through Razorpay. You agree to the applicable pricing at the time of purchase. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, though changes do not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are provided once a service has been purchased and/or delivered. This includes but is not limited to consultations, reports, and remedies. For detailed information, please refer to our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, audio, video, software, and astrological analyses — is the property of MYSTIC RAJAT SHARMA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt services, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws. The Company may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any astrological analysis, report, or remedy provided through the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform or reliance on any services provided.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
